Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) NO REFUNDS ON OPENED PIGMENTS OR PRODUCTS NO EXCEPTIONS.
You should expect to receive your refund within four to six business days of giving your package to the return shipper.

Special Return Policy for specific products, i.e. machinery and equipment, will be subject to that product and will take precedence over this general policy.
Please note that orders can take up to 1- 3 business days to process and dispatch. At checkout, you can choose Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days) or Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days). Time in transit depend on your location. We ship on Tuesday and Thursdays 3:00pm Brisbane time, if you order before 1:00pm on the allocated day you will have your order processed on the same day.
We ship to Australia ONLY as there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All items are shipped preferably with signature on receipt, should you opt for delivery without signature, the onus is on you to ensure you receive your parcel. Once the parcels or shipments leave our hands, it's are no longer our responsibility unless it is due to our own negligence.
Special services, i.e. permission to leave parcels without signature confirmation, express shipping or insurance can be arranged on special request and at your own expense.
BROWSQUAD ACADEMY
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may attend another available course at a later date, & your deposit can be transferred over. This must be finalised no less than 2 weeks prior to course commencement.
If Brow Squad cancels, you will be issued with a refund.
If Brow Squad reschedules your course, alternative dates will be supplied & no refunds will be issued.
